We will start with an filling out a form to discuss travel details including location, airfare, hotel, ground transportation, activities and any special considerations. Upon choosing a destination, we will discuss travel detail and (if applicable) passport/ visa details, currency, vaccinations, tours, safety issues, and any special requests via phone or Zoom.

Complex Travel Planning

This service is designed for groups of 1 to 4 travelers. For groups of 5 or more, please contact me via email: john@ihavetoseetheworld.com Additionally, this service involves complex travel plans, luxury travel or multi destination trips.

We will start with an initial consultation to discuss travel details via phone or Zoom. This discussion will include location, airfare, hotel, ground transportation, activities and any special considerations. Upon choosing a destination, we will discuss (if applicable) passport/ visa details, currency, vaccinations, tours, safety issues, and any special requests.
